Job Description
Weare seeking skilled and detail-oriented MRI Technicians to join ournetwork of professionals. As an MRI Tech, you will operate advancedimaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images,ensuring patient safety, comfort, and accurate results. Responsibilities:
Perform MRI scans inaccordance with physician orders and establishedprotocols.
Position patientscorrectly and explain procedures to ensure comfort andcooperation.
Operate and maintainMRI equipment to capture clear, accurate images.
Follow safetyguidelines to protect patients and staff from unnecessaryexposure to magnetic fields.
Monitor patientsduring scans and respond promptly to any signs ofdistress.
Maintain accuratepatient records and imaging documentation.
Collaborate withradiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals toensure accurate diagnoses.
Uphold patientconfidentiality and provide compassionate, professionalcare.
Requirements
Associate’s degree orcertificate in Radiologic Technology or MRI Technology from anaccredited program.
ARRT (MR)certification required (or registry eligible with plan tocomplete certification).
Current statelicensure (if applicable).
BLS/CPRcertification.
1+ year of MRI Techexperience (preferred; new grads may be considered).
Strong knowledge ofMRI technology, safety protocols, and imagingprinciples.
Excellentcommunication and patient-care skills.
