Job Description We are seeking a Men’s Sr. Merchant to support the development & execution of the men’s tops product assortment. This individual will be responsible for executing the brand product strategy and helping to identify new growth opportunities across men’s tops. To be effective in this role, the individual must be an experienced merchant who’s passionate about the performance apparel space, Vuori’s mission, and embody the brand’s values.
What you’ll get to do:
Develop comprehensive assortment strategies across E-commerce, Store, Wholesale & International channels, identifying new product opportunities to deliver high growth expectations
Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape and impart key insights into line development
Build seasonal & annual line plans for men’s tops
Support in the creation of the tops 3-year innovation roadmap, guiding long-range fabric & style expansion
Partner with the planning team on seasonal investment strategy. Provide guidance on style-level investment strategy for the tops category
Create and manage all seasonal assortment tools for the men’s tops
Support the buying and development product calendar for all channels
Participate in weekly fittings, ultimately responsible for style adoption and execution
Partner with planning on in-season product performance and build data-driven action plan based on results
Uphold brand price positioning and manage the pricing strategy for men’s
Build seasonal product messaging plan to support marketing, communicating key seasonal product stories
Build seasonal product knowledge info for stores and website
Act as cross-departmental liaison, creating a consistent flow of communication throughout the organization
Who you are:
5 years merchandising experience
Bachelor’s degree
Performance apparel experience preferred
Background in men’s apparel preferred
Experience delivering high growth at the brand or category levelStrong understanding of men’s apparel market and trends
Strong eye for relevant and trend-right product that aligns with the brand aesthetic
Ability to travel domestically
Strong communication skills
Experience using Excel, Adobe Illustrator
PLM experience a plus

The salary range for this role is $117,000 per year – $150,000 per year.
