The
Kitchen Line Cook
position involves: Following established recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications. Demonstrating understanding and proper use and maintenance of all station equipment. Preparing, cooking, and plating all food according to directions in a hygienic and timely manner. Performing basic preparation duties, including handling raw produce and meats, following quality standards, and adhering to hygiene and food handling regulations. Assisting with cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas. Carrying out additional responsibilities as requested by Chefs or Managers.
