About the Role: We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled
Sous Chef
to be second-in‑command in our kitchen, supporting our Head Chef in delivering an outstanding dining experience for our residents at
Epping Grand Care Community.

What You’ll Do: ✔️ Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and managing daily operations.
✔️ Prepare and cook nutritious, high‑quality meals that meet resident dietary needs and preferences.
✔️ Help maintain the highest standards of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and compliance.
✔️ Step up and lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
✔️ Contribute to creating a dining experience that brings joy to our residents.
What You’ll Need: ✔️ Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
✔️ Experience as a Chef, with some supervisory or leadership exposure.
✔️ Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
✔️ A passion for food and a genuine desire to make a difference in aged care.
✔️ Strong teamwork, communication, and time‑management skills.
✔️ Willingness to complete:
Pre‑employment medical
