Set up banquet tables, serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food to guests according to hotel specifications and group requirements, courteously and efficiently. Take beverage orders and process payments as needed. Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of work areas and equipment. Read and understand Banquet Event Orders and execute instructions accordingly. Collaborate effectively with team members. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant or Banquet Food Server Hilton brand experience is a plus Minimum age of 21 to serve alcohol A genuine passion for culinary arts, food, and beverages, with a desire to learn and grow Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and colleagues Ability to handle food safely and follow proper procedures Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during busy hours Fluent in English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills Source: Hospitality Online
