Maintenance Sales Representative

Position Summary This position will be calling on the top decision makers within commercial, industrial, and owner/operated facilities to discuss Rieck’s ability to save them money through system maintenance. Our approach is unique by focusing on their mechanical system owning and operating costs. It entails being able to "paint a picture," ask the right questions, and become a true consultant to find the best solution. We are driven to successful business relationships through value, not price. We are looking for the same values in our next sales representative and will provide continuous training to ensure your success and professional growth.
Essential Duties
Consistent cold call activity at the decision maker level.
Executive level presentations.
Building financial and life cycle analyses to quantify value from the customer’s perspective.
Proposal generation and presentation.
Minimum Requirements
Proven record of success in selling services or intangible offerings.
First call experience required; training will be provided on the sales cycle.
Self‑disciplined, results‑driven and accustomed to winning sales awards through consistent high performance.
Leadership character with desire, ability and skills to manage the entire sales cycle.
Challenger Sales mentality with good communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree desired.
3+ years B2B sales experience.
Familiarity with the Dayton market and key decision makers in the region is a plus.
Must pass background check and drug screen.
Earning Potential = Base Pay + Commission: $75,000 - $90,000 (first year)
