Overview We’re seeking resourceful and relationship-driven Independent Sales Partners to help grow our client portfolio. As a freelance team member, you’ll play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential clients, delivering tailored presentations, and closing deals that bring meaningful language access to regulated and service-driven industries.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at B2B consultative sales, understands how to connect with stakeholders from procurement to the C-suite, and enjoys customizing solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.

What We’re Looking For Must-Haves

Strong B2B sales experience with a proven ability to generate and convert leads

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable presenting to management teams and executives

Ability to identify and qualify prospects, develop tailored proposals, and conduct persuasive product demos

Skilled in creating industry-specific briefings and client-facing materials

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, digital pitch tools, and remote meeting platforms

Strong time management and self-motivation in a remote work environment

Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients solve real problems

Solid understanding of competitive landscapes and market positioning

Bonus Points

Prior experience in the language services industry or a related professional services field

Familiarity with verticals such as healthcare, legal, education, finance, and government

Demonstrated ability to generate reports and track performance metrics

Multilingual skills (a plus, but not required)

Compensation Structure This is a freelance/independent contractor role with performance-based pay, including:

Commissions on closed deals

Milestone bonuses for key achievements

Potential retainer or recurring incentives for top performers

Territory is flexible—USA, UK, Canada, and global markets—with a fully remote, self-directed schedule.
