About the Role As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you’ll play a pivotal role in our Italian field-based team, driving commercial success and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the hospital market. You’ll be empowered to shape your territory, influence access, and make a real difference to patients’ lives.

This role will be responsible for the following regions: Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige e Friuli-Venezia Giulia.

Responsibilities

The main role of the KAM is to actively promote the products in the portfolio, highlighting their specific advantages with a patient-centered approach.

Develop and execute strategic account plans for key hospitals across your territory.

Drive formulary inclusion and ensure rapid uptake of promoted products.

Build and maintain a strong network of stakeholders and brand advocates.

Identify new business opportunities and deliver on commercial objectives.

Analyze data to inform strategy, monitor performance, and anticipate future needs.

Collaborate with Market Access and Healthcare Services teams to deliver integrated solutions.

What are we looking for?

Experience in the hospital market in Italy (preferred in Veneto), with a proven track record in stakeholder engagement and formulary access.

Deep understanding and demonstrated experience in the hospital market is required.

Residence in the north east of Italy (preferred in Veneto).

Previous experience in managing local Stakeholders and healthcare institutions.

Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to manage multiple key accounts.

Identify and action new opportunities which will drive business.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Ethical, honest, and fully compliant with local and company regulations.
