Inspect roofs and assess customer needs with precision. Prepare accurate estimates and guide customers through the process. Sell high-quality roofing solutions with confidence. Follow up with customers and build lasting relationships. Represent Gravity Roofing with professionalism and transparency. Qualifications
Experience in roofing sales is preferred, but not required – we can provide the necessary training to help you have successful launches! Strong customer service and communication skills – building trust is key. Reliable transportation (preferably a truck, but not required) to carry ladders and positional tools. Physical ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely. Valid driver’s license required. Perks & Rewards
High earning potential: $80,000 - $250,000+ per year. Flexible schedule – work from home and remotely in the field. Bonus opportunities and higher commission structures for experienced sales reps. Career growth potential within the company. Launch Schedule
