Design implement, and manage global compensation programs, including salary structures and incentive plans Conduct market analyses to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices Develop and maintain compensation models and tools for decision-making Analyze compensation data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management Collaborate with HR partners to address compensation-related issues and provide guidance What is Required (Qualifications)
