What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Identify, prospect, and secure new customers within assigned territory
Effectively position solutions to address business challenges in Data Governance, AI Readiness, and Database Management
Develop relationships with C-level executives and senior decision‑makers
Manage complex sales cycles from initial prospecting to deal closure using a consultative approach
Collaborate with key channel and reseller partners to expand market reach and drive revenue growth
What is Required (Qualifications)
10 years of B2B software sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quota
Experience selling solutions in Data Governance, AI Readiness, Database Management, or Enterprise Software
Strong knowledge of data, compliance, cloud, and AI trends
Proven ability to sell to large strategic accounts with a focus on C-level and IT leadership
Experience managing a multi‑state territory with both direct and channel sales approaches
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving SaaS and hybrid software environment
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
Willingness to travel as needed
