Producer / Sales Executive – Employee Benefits
We are seeking a driven Producer/Sales Executive to grow new business and manage client relationships in the employee benefits space.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify leads; achieve annual new business goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Provide consultative advice on benefits design and customization.
Facilitate open enrollment and employee education.
Collaborate with internal teams for accurate policy administration.
Requirements
3–5 years in insurance brokerage or related B2B sales with proven success.
Life & Health Insurance License required; college degree preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to cold call, network, and work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
