We’re seeking an experienced Preconstruction/Estimating Manager to lead our preconstruction efforts and guide teams through one of the most critical phases of every project—from early concept through client partnership. What You’ll Do
Lead estimating efforts across diverse commercial projects
Build cost models and collaborate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and internal partners
Manage and mentor a high-performing preconstruction team
Oversee workload, quality control, and deliverables
Champion process improvements, Lean initiatives, and virtual design integration
Play a key role in RFP responses and interview presentations
What You Bring
10+ years of experience in preconstruction or estimating, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field
Proven ability to lead people, manage priorities, and streamline processes
Strong knowledge of modern estimating tools and construction technology
A passion for collaboration, precision, and elevating standards across every estimate
