Braun Intertec is seeking a Nondestructive Examination (NDE) - Level II Radiographer in Duluth, MN. This is a full-time, long-term position with benefits and retirement working primarily in one, nested location. Candidates must be local to or willing to relocate to Duluth, MN. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Perform Radiographic Inspections. Occasionally ultrasonic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, and visual inspections on specifically assigned field or laboratory projects
Work independently or within a team
Train assistants on proper processes and procedures
Prepare reports and other work documents in a timely and accurate manner
Understand and utilize safe work practices
Required Skills
Level II RT certification required with CR experience (CR is preferred)
Other Level II NDT certifications and experience are beneficial and preferred (MT/UT/PT/VT)
Post education in nondestructive testing preferred
IRRSP card for industrial radiography, preferred
40 hour radiation safety training (RAD)
TWIC badge a plus
Recent experience performing radiographic inspections, computed radiography experience preferred. Additional experience performing magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic, and visual inspections is also preferred.

Required Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience with NDT equipment
Experience with NDT methods and procedures
Must meet or exceed ASNT-TC-1A Level II requirement for experience and education
Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
Must be able to work off ladders and scaffold
