Property Claim Supervisor

Pay Range
Base pay: $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr (actual pay depends on skills and experience).
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of property adjusters.
Guide and develop adjusters through training and performance management.
Write reports and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Ensure compliance with company claim‑handling procedures and state regulations.
Handle escalated problem files and triage water‑damage claims to determine immediate response needs.
Review adjuster and vendor estimates and make corrections where appropriate.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience adjusting property insurance claims.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
Experience with automated claim systems; Xactimate estimating preferred.
Experience handling first‑party litigated claims.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Location San Antonio, Texas office.
