Position Immunology Sales Specialist at Syneos Health Commercial Solutions
Overview In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. While reporting to the Regional Manager, you will implement the sales plan by delivering proficient messaging to a defined list of current and prospective customers. In the assigned territory, you will utilize all marketing and promotional materials designed for a respective audience. Customers include but are not limited to physicians, healthcare providers and healthcare clinic personnel.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop business relationships with targeted healthcare providers
Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers
Understand and address both business and scientific-oriented needs of healthcare professionals by engaging in meaningful dialogue
Develop and implement plans for territory to meet sales goals established at the territory level
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
4+ years’ biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience
Documented, proven track record of success
Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts
Must live within territory or within territory boundaries
Desired Requirements
Experience in Immunology, biosimilars, injectables or related area
2+ years of relevant market & therapeutic area experience
2+ years of experience with Medical Benefit, Buy & Bill sales in the pharmaceutical industry
