Compensation $64,480 - $92,400 Annually

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow masonry and stucco sales within the Dallas or Denver territory.

Build strong, long-term relationships with contractors, builders, and key decision-makers.

Conduct onsite job visits to understand project requirements and recommend the right products.

Provide accurate product knowledge, pricing, quotes, and material availability.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and on-time deliveries.

Maintain detailed customer records and activity logs in CRM systems.

Stay informed on local market trends, competitor products, and industry changes.

Participate in vendor trainings, trade shows, and regional industry events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develops and builds strong relationships with current customers while pursuing and growing business with new customers.

Clearly articulates to our customers the benefits of our products and added value of our services.

Demonstrates the desire to become an expert in the industry in order to build better customer relationships.

Attends trade association meetings as deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications

Prior outside sales experience in masonry, stucco, or construction materials required or strongly preferred.

Solid understanding of masonry and stucco products, installation processes, and project needs.

Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Self-driven with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
