Overview

The Junior Digital Sales Analyst supports the growth of UWI’s digital sales channels by assisting with online account management, sales reporting, and e-commerce operations. This entry-level role combines sales support with basic business analysis, providing hands-on experience in digital commerce while building analytical skills. This role collaborates with the Digital Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to maintain product listings, monitor sales performance, and help implement strategies that drive revenue across e-commerce platforms.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Assist in managing digital sales channels such as Amazon, Walmart.com, and brand-owned e-commerce sites.

Support the creation and maintenance of product listings, pricing, and digital content.

Monitor daily sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs; escalate trends or issues to the Digital Sales Manager.

Help prepare presentations and sales summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

Conduct basic sales and market research to support digital growth initiatives.

Coordinate with marketing to ensure promotional campaigns are accurately executed online.

Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to track inventory and order fulfillment for e-commerce partners.

Provide administrative and analytical support for the digital sales team, including ad hoc projects.

Education And/or Experience

A passion for cycling and the outdoors!

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

0–2 years of experience in sales, e-commerce, or business analysis (internship or entry-level experience acceptable).

Familiarity with digital sales platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace) a plus.

Basic knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or AWS Quicksight) preferred.
