Regional Sales Manager, Earth Observation Services (EOMAP)
Join the global leader in Earth Observation-based water and coastal insights. We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead commercial expansion across the Americas, driving growth in environmental consulting, climate resilience, and infrastructure planning.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for EOMAP’s EO services in the Americas.
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across public, private, NGO, and IFI sectors.
Leverage Fugro’s regional footprint, infrastructure, and client base to accelerate market penetration.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with a focus on recurring revenue and strategic accounts.
Collaborate with technical and product teams to tailor EO solutions to client needs.
Represent EOMAP at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Deliver against ambitious sales targets and report on KPIs to leadership.
Perform project risk analysis if potential risks are identified.

Requirements
Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
Possess or be able to obtain a valid passport; international travel may be required.
Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in Earth Observation, geospatial analytics, or environmental services.
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in geosciences, geosystems, geotechnical engineering or equivalent.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical or consultative sales environment.
Strong network in sectors such as coastal engineering, environmental consulting, or climate adaptation.
Familiarity with EO data applications in coastal resilience and nature-based solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and across time zones.
