Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a Channel Manager based remotely in Indianapolis, IN. The Channel Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies to drive sales growth through our various channels.

HIRING SALARY RANGE:

Base Salary $80,000 - $95,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) What you will do

Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to align channel strategies with overall business objectives

Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners to enhance their sales effectiveness and product knowledge

Develop and manage channel programs, including rebates, promotions, incentives, and co‑marketing initiatives

What we require

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

5+ years Proven experience in channel management, sales, business development, or equivalent experience

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to travel as needed up to 50%

Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience in building material products
