This role is based in San Antonio, Texas, with a base pay range of $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year and additional commission compensation. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience—talk with your recruiter to learn more.

What You Will Take Ownership Of

Keep active projects moving with consistent follow up

Nurture existing accounts and uncover new opportunities

Build and manage quotes, proposals, and timelines

Close net new business and grow your territory

Partner with internal teams to resolve post‑sale issues

Report weekly on pipeline, activity, and progress

Juggling 20 to 40 active opportunities at any given time is expected.

What You Need To Succeed

Proven and stable B2B sales experience

Strong communication skills and real attention to detail

A proactive mindset where your pipeline lives or dies by your effort

A professional and positive presence with clients

A goal‑driven approach that still plays well with a team

Compensation Base salary range: $65,000 – $70,000. Expected 1st year OTE of base plus $20,000. Second year will be significantly greater.
