Aesthetic Sales Manager - South Carolina

This position requires 50% or less travel, driving or flying throughout the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities
Maintain and expand sales within the existing customer base while prospecting and building pipeline for new business opportunities.
Develop strong relationships with key decision makers at multiple levels.
Create quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans to maximize customer relationships and improve face‑to‑face selling time.
Develop pipeline, ensure progression, and conduct cold calling and on‑site visits.
Forecast and submit sales reports in a timely manner.
Work closely with regional sales leaders to plan and execute territory strategies and achieve sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Travel primarily within the assigned territory and across the United States for training, tradeshows, and company/team meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
2+ years of B2B or capital equipment sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
Demonstrated track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.
Ability to manage quota and close complex sales.
Positive attitude, team player, and strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Salesforce experience preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to use a personal vehicle.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary, bonuses, and uncapped commissions (Top performers may earn up to $150k‑$200k OTE).
