Overview Ragsdale Heating & Air partners with Home Depot to provide Heating and Cooling services. As a Sales Lead Generator you will identify potential customers through friendly, engaging dialogue and schedule service appointments.

Responsibilities

Present a professional appearance that supports Ragsdale’s business image with Home Depot.

Maintain and utilize the HVAC Kiosk / Display / End Cap to communicate benefits.

Initiate communication with prospective customers during store shopping.

Proactively greet customers, engage in informative / investigative conversation, qualify potential purchasers, and schedule a sales appointment.

Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot store associates and key management personnel.

Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers and store employees.

Achieve specified program KPI’s and goals.

Attend required meetings and training courses.

Must be able to work weekends.

Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

Outgoing, energetic, and self‑motivated with face‑to‑face interaction.

Ability to manage personal emotions when faced with rejection.

Positive and optimistic attitude.

Self‑starter with result‑driven disposition.

Active listener able to ask open‑ended discovery questions to potential customers.

Intuitive ability to measure interest of customers.

Detail‑oriented with good time management skills.

Ability to move conversations to a decision and ask for an appointment commitment.

Ability to stand and/or walk for 4‑8 hours at a time.

Ability to use smart phone with apps, email, and text.

Ability to work weekends.

Must be able to pass pre‑employment background check and drug screen.

Benefits Competitive base salary $50,000+ first year, PTO, 6 paid holidays per year + birthday off, 401(k) with company match.
