Position Summary Sales Operations Specialist will support sales managers on various accounts, communicate with customers and internal teams to answer questions and resolve issues. Track and manage orders, verify pricing, and work with HQ Sales team to arrange deliveries. Monitor accounts receivable and create invoices for certain accounts as needed. This position requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills.
Salary Range: $50,000~$60,000 a year
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and customer operations teams to assess the impact of scheduling issues, recommend mitigation strategies, and align on viable alternative solutions.
Track and manage all open orders—including expedited requests—by verifying pricing, coordinating with head office to ensure inventory availability, and monitoring shipment and billing progress.
Process daily Sales Orders (SO) and Delivery Orders (DO) based on customer Purchase Orders (PO), and continuously track billing status to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
Assist in month‑end closing activities to maximize recognized revenue and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
Manage customer purchase orders and generate sales reports as needed; maintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation for cross‑functional teams.
Monitor customer credit limits and accounts receivable; resolve credit issues in coordination with customers and credit team.
Develop and update operations manuals and share best practices within the Sales Operations Team to ensure process consistency.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Possess high‑level organization and time‑management skills.
The ability to work quickly and accurately in both independent and team situations.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, and the ability to learn new software (QB & SAP preferred).
Financial skills and background preferred.
The ability to juggle a variety of tasks at the same time.
Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic.
Fluent in English & conversational in Korean.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or experience in Sales Operations/order management or a related field preferred (Internship experience acceptable).
Strong proficiency with office software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Possess high‑level organization and time‑management skills.
The ability to juggle a variety of tasks at the same time.
The ability to work quickly and accurately in both independent and team situations.
A proactive, team‑oriented attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Physical Requirements Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
