Job Overview Your role will be to generate big‑ticket sales and oversee residential and commercial construction projects throughout your assigned territory. As a Territory Manager, you will conduct onsite consultations with potential customers, design and bid custom outdoor structures, and manage the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Grow sales volume in the assigned territory with a target of $750K – $1M in installed unit sales.

Manage incoming warm leads generated through various channels.

Travel to appointments with partners and clients throughout the territory.

Consult with clients virtually and in person to design and bid custom outdoor structures.

Process project documents and payments for individual sales in the $10K – $100K range.

Manage multiple projects at various stages of the sales process while coordinating design and permitting with other team members.

Audit displays at Home Depot stores and ensure they are maintained.

Maintain relationships with big‑box retailers through product knowledge training and partnership meetings.

Provide professional customer service, collaboration, and communication.

Achieve and maintain sales and service KPIs.

Eligibility Requirements

Must obtain and carry a badge after passing a background check.

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Professional disposition and appearance.

Strong work ethic; highly organized, self‑motivated, and sales‑oriented.

Willingness to drive long distances daily/weekly.

Comfortable with occasional overnight hotel stays while managing remote sections of the territory.

General computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, CRM experience).

Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Basic construction knowledge.

Preferred Experience

GED or high school diploma (minimal).

College Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Residential or commercial outside sales experience.

Construction, landscaping, or real estate background.

Project management and/or territory management experience.

Logistics and route management experience.

Big‑box retail vendor relations experience.

Job Type Full‑time, remote / work from home.

Compensation

Base salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year.

Plus 3% commission on all sales.

Estimated total annual income: $70,000 – $90,000.

No cap on commission potential.
