Direct Sales Representative – Commercial Roofing
North Carolina
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (negotiable based on experience) + monthly commission + quarterly bonus. Vehicle and benefits included.

Responsibilities
You will proactively prospect a customer base including corporate owners, developers, roofing consultants, contractors, architects, and suppliers.
Develop and maintain a client base and grow relationships within the territory.
Present at trade shows, conduct roof inspections, and present to architects.
Accountability for results and impact on the company's strategic vision and market share.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience selling to the target market.
Experience in commercial roofing sales or an associated field such as coatings or roof fixings.
Excellent hunter and consultative sales skills.
Ambitious, entrepreneurial spirit, and willingness to embrace a “whatever it takes” mindset.
