Support and understand the needs and journey of the customer within the AAC NA market. Maintain knowledge of the industry through awareness of associations, publications, and seminars, and by networking with customers, competitors, and industry‑related colleagues. Develop, review, and support Strategic Territory and District Roadmaps. Identify and support key account development in new and existing NA markets. Support and implement the vision, values, and mission of Tobii Dynavox. Support and implement Tobii Dynavox’s business initiatives at the territory and district level through assessment and communication of goals, and the impact of strategies. Work with SCs to identify key personnel and sites that recommend and purchase Tobii Dynavox products; identify purchasing trends of the customer base within each territory on potential sales of Tobii Dynavox products. Support and implement external resource support development through cross‑departmental collaborations for Tobii Dynavox customers. Understand the impact of funding sources within the covered region. Provide feedback on products and services needed in the field to Tobii Dynavox. Ensure customer promotional activity through budgeting trade shows and local marketing while keeping ROI management in mind. Providing customers with presentations and visitation when appropriate and within compliance and budgetary guidelines. Perform administrative responsibilities, which include continuous improvement, time management, and communication skills, involvement with Funding and customer service, and the generation of timely written reports. Prioritize and manage corporate information with the knowledge of time sensitivity, political and legal ramifications, and confidentiality. Utilize and understand how to apply leading and lagging sales metrics at the territory and district levels. Use sales metrics and understanding of the territory market to establish sales targets and goals. Meet or exceed company‑assigned district KPIs. Qualifications
BS or BA preferred or equivalent work experience. 3‑5 years of management experience or a history of successful sales experience. CRM experience, preferably MS CRM. Possession of a valid state driver’s license and insured motor vehicle. Proof of Covid‑19 vaccination required. Skills
Excellent interpersonal communication, oral and written, with individuals and groups. Sensitivity and ability to communicate effectively with diverse cultures and backgrounds. Ability to work cooperatively as a team member. Ability to remain calm and focused while communicating in a stressful environment. Debate issues collegially and courteously and effectively participate in group discussions. Knowledge of specific computer programs/applications: Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Apple, Google products recommended. Use a computer application to enter, manipulate, and format numerical data; insert, delete, and manipulate cells, rows, and charts. Manage a team remotely and in person as needed. Project management experience a strong merit. Location & Travel
This district covers Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. The District Sales Manager must live in the district.
