Responsibilities
Respond promptly to call lights and assist residents with their needs.
Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, etc.) as directed by medical or nursing staff.
Perform routine rounds on assigned residents following established procedures.
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents.
Qualifications
State certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required.
Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
