Job Description The Sales Coordinator for the Olympics Sales team supports Olympics-related digital, partnership and cross-platform revenue opportunities across the NBCUniversal portfolio and off-domain. This role works closely with internal teams, partner platforms, and external agencies to support pre‑sale development, campaign execution, communication, and monetization strategy.
Key Responsibilities Pre‑Sale Support & Business Readiness
Interface with internal teams—including Marketing, Sales, Research, Production, Legal, and Management—to obtain input and approvals for business opportunities.
Engage directly with advertisers and agencies to understand brand objectives and help translate them into executable, revenue‑driving programs.
Provide a sales POV on monetization, pricing, and investment strategies for Social Partners.
Identify partnership opportunities, challenges, and areas of growth across social platforms.
Build, maintain, and manage detailed tracking documents to support sales operations.
Marketing Strategy
Contribute to the creation of go‑to‑market messaging and sales materials for the NBC Olympics Sales Team.
Use PowerPoint and desktop design tools to develop visually compelling presentations that bring insights, ideas, and strategic opportunities to life.
Present and educate internal sales teams on new offerings, social products, and cross‑platform solutions.
Serve as a product expert during client presentations and support Sales Managers through all stages of the pitch.
Partner Collaboration & Sales Strategy
Work with direct report to define parameters for potential agreements with Partners.
Facilitate communication between NBC and Social Partners to align on goals, strategy & sales materials & positioning.
Identify and develop client targets and monetizable opportunities across all Partners.
Prospect for new business within Social Media Agencies, particularly those not currently investing in Olympic opportunities.
Cross‑Platform Idea Development
Collaborate with LA28 Sales & Marketing to develop new monetizable solutions.
Collaborate with Peacock Ad Innovations to develop new monetizable solutions.
Collaborate with NBCU Data Solutions to develop new monetizable solutions.
Lead or contribute to additional monetization strategies, including emerging formats.
Post‑Sale Campaign Execution
Assist in executing all facets of campaign packages sold to brand partners, ensuring full delivery of all sponsorship elements.
Keep all stakeholders informed and aligned with deal terms, timelines, and deliverables.
Work with key groups—including Production, Programming, Promotions, USOPP, and Solutions teams across NBCU—to ensure flawless execution and high‑quality delivery of sponsorship activations.
Work with off‑domain partners—including Social, CTV, Creators and Emerging Platforms—to ensure flawless execution and high‑quality delivery of sponsorship activations.
Ensure alignment with NBC Olympics Champs and broader Olympic campaign strategy.
Qualifications Basic Requirements
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of sales, media and brand marketing process.
Ability to solve problems and work proactively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of the digital, social & CTV marketplace preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Desired Characteristics
General understanding of advertising within all platforms of the sports media space.
Knowledge of Sports marketplace.
Experience in presentation development.
Strong organizational, project management skills.
Understanding of the creative development process.
Knowledge of media marketing, the sales process, and media in general.
Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.

Demonstrates excellent oral, written, presentation and budget management skills.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and other presentation platforms.
Additional Requirements This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in‑office requirements at any time.
This position is eligible for company‑sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range: $55,000 - $58,000.
