Job Overview This is a full‑time, W‑2 outside sales representative position. Your primary role will be to develop relationships with prospective and existing customers, promoting company products and services and closing sales.
Average annual earnings range from $150,000 to $250,000, with top performers earning upwards of $350,000.

About The Role
Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet planned sales goals/quotas
Promote company products and services
Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
Provide best‑in‑class customer experience
Work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays and occasional Sundays
Key Qualifications
Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality
Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales is a plus
Strong sense of ambition, self‑motivation, and self‑discipline
Open mind, willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
Approachable demeanor
Own reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license
