We're hiring a Sales Manager to drive new business for Paraform.

You'll manage our existing team of account executives and be responsible for hiring more account executives to our growing sales team. Reporting directly to our VP of Sales, this is an opportunity to build the foundational processes and behaviors for scaling the sales team at Paraform.

What we look for:

1 - 5 years of experience

as a top performing Sales Manager at a SaaS company.

Top performer - track record of top sales performance: quick promotions, consistently beating quota

Strong analytical and reporting around sales performance

Growth minded, both personally as well as for the people working for you

What you'll do:

Manage pipeline generation and deal execution across the AE team

Create best practices for pitching, demo'ing, and signing up Paraform customers

Report on sales performance to upper management

Hire and grow the team

Foster a competitive, high performance environment
