We’re on a mission to be the one place where buyers and suppliers connect, secure purchasing agreements, transact, and partner to realize savings. To support our rapid growth, we’re seeking a dynamic Account Executive focused on HR Solutions. The Account Executive, HR Solutions will play a key role in supporting day-to-day sales activities; you will help manage the sales function and be part of developing the overall strategy for the CoreTrust HR Solutions program. This position focuses on executing sales processes, maintaining prospect pipelines, and providing exceptional support to drive revenue growth. The role emphasizes relationship building, market engagement, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless sales experience. The Account Executive, HR Solutions will possess industry knowledge and interpersonal skills to build credibility with, and foster professional relationships with, corporate senior human resource executives, financial officers, brokers/consultants and the sales teams within CoreTrust. Responsibilities
Act as a knowledgeable resource on HR Solutions and CoreTrust programs for internal and external contacts (private equity firms, consultants, HR and other corporate contacts) Grow CoreTrust contract volume to established goals Support the development and management of the sales pipeline across all stages for the sales cycle Assist with outreach efforts to generate new business opportunities Support RFP responses and related member activities Collaborate with internal teams on business development activities Partner with suppliers and internal product teams to ensure alignment on offerings and client needs Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the sales team Qualifications
