Employee Benefits Sales Producer (Client Executive)
Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Salary: $73,000.00 – $98,800.00 per year

Essential Responsibilities
Actively generate new sales leads through community activities, association meetings, and qualified sales calls to achieve or exceed sales goals.
Partner with internal team members and/or experts on appropriate coverages for initial and ongoing prospect sales meetings and proposals.
In collaboration with the client experience team, manage the existing book of business.
Maintain relationships with clients and address their evolving business needs, delivering documentation as appropriate.
Attend all sales‑related activities, promoting a game‑changing, positive attitude in support of agency growth.
Effectively communicate the company’s position and development of solutions on the latest industry trends to clients.
Assume overall team accountability regarding commitments made to customers and encourage coaching to build healthy, high‑functioning teams.
Promote the agency and the insurance industry within the community.
Perform additional duties as requested.
Qualifications
Education: College degree preferred, but not required. Ability to obtain or retain state‑specific licensing and industry‑specific professional designations. Hold or be able to obtain an appropriate state Insurance Agent’s License within 90 days of hire.
Experience: Sales experience, preferably in employee benefits.
