About the Role DNV is seeking a

Regional Sales Manager

for our Business Assurance North America team headquartered in Katy, TX. Our sales team is assigned to various regions across the United States and Canada and centrally supported from our Houston office. We sell risk‑management services including management system certification and training to companies of all sizes across multiple industries.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring sales targets are achieved by developing contacts and approaching new potential strategic markets and promoting pertinent DNV Business Assurance products/services as per the established sales strategy, tactical and marketing plans. This role is remote based in the United States.

What You’ll Do

Develop sales of certification and training solutions.

Maintain effective and professional relationships and close cooperation with key internal customers and support teams, including client services, account managers, domestic and global sales, technical and operations.

Develop sales plans and forecasts for the territory, analyze regional market needs and expectations, and provide input regarding the definition and implementation of an adequate marketing strategy, ensuring marketing activities are followed up.

Ensuring sales actions are carried out by developing contacts and approaching new potential strategic markets and promoting DNV services as per established market strategy and goals.

Achieve quarterly sales targets.

Visit potential customers to prospect for new business.

Continuously assess the financial results of the activity and provide input regarding price policy for activities within the Region.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the MSC Executive Director of Sales.

Compensation DNV provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. The actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The range of starting pay for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 USD.

About You – What Is Required

Bachelor’s Degree

Three (3+) or more years of direct sales experience

Demonstrable customer service and presentation skills

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

We conduct pre‑employment drug and background screening.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated sales success in Management Systems Certification

Experience selling into the Automotive and Aerospace Industries

Knowledge of and/or experience with ISO standards, supply chain and/or training

Knowledge/experience with CRM system, ideally Oracle‑based
