Brief Description We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to focus on developing business in the Southeast region of the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial/packaging equipment sales, a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, nurturing existing customers, and be a hunter/developer for new customers within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory

Actively seek out and develop new accounts

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends

Provide technical expertise and support to customers on our liquid filling systems

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contacts

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional

Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasts and budgets

Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networks

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial sales

Strong understanding of packaging automation

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proven ability to develop new business and close sales

Ability to travel extensively within the assigned USA territory

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently
