What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead national outside sales and technical responsibility for the nVent Telecom product line, including ERICO and ILSCO brands
Drive revenue through customer education and leveraging subject matter expertise
Develop and maintain relationships with key distributor accounts and manage pricing
Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to agents
Analyze industry trends to identify needs and assist in product launches
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred, with a focus in a technical discipline highly preferred
Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in the telecom industry selling electrical products
Experience managing or working strategically with third-party rep agencies
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently with a high level of organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Salesforce.com
Proven track record of closing strategic sales opportunities
Familiarity with electrical connection and protection solutions
Previous experience in conducting engineering seminars or workshops
Knowledge of market dynamics and competitive feedback
