Outside Sales Representative – FCX Performance
Join a leading process‑flow control company, FCX Performance/Eads Distribution, an Applied Industrial Technologies company, as an Outside Sales Representative. The role is based in Corpus Christi, TX, and is available for remote positions.
What You’ll Do
Retain current customers while developing new business, build repeat sales, and manage a local territory.
Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and lunch & learns.
Apply strategic, organized, and technologically savvy approaches to territory management.
Maintain sales records, pipeline reporting, and generate sales and market reports on a quarterly, annual, and as‑needed basis.
Set and achieve sales target goals and develop marketing strategies.

Position Requirements
Proven outside sales experience in the industrial marketplace.
Knowledge of valve‑instrumentation‑flow control preferred.
Self‑motivated, aggressive sales tactics, and a drive to close sales.
Computer proficiency, including MS Office; SAP/ERP/P‑21 a plus.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience may substitute for a degree requirement.
