What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage overall territory to achieve equipment and consumable sales goals and account management.
Develop and execute territory plans to increase revenue and secure new business.
Provide accurate quarterly sales forecasts and maintain CRM account data.
Partner with clinical specialists to drive the adoption of technologies.
Function as Project Manager post‑sale, overseeing product implementation and customer support.
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a complex environment, including 2+ years in hospital sales.
Excellent consultative, capital equipment, and clinical sales skills.
Proven ability to manage customer concerns and implement corrective actions.
Strong analytical skills to effectively target new business and identify key influencers.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in selling capital equipment and software in healthcare settings.
Familiarity with hemostasis management and cell salvage technologies.
Ability to conduct superior sales presentations and product evaluations.
Knowledge of industry trends and clinical procedures.
