Title: Account Manager (Outside Sales Representative)
Pay: $80,000 base guaranteed, plus commission and car allowance

What You’ll Do
Represent
our clients Mission, Vision, and Core Values
in every interaction.
Achieve sales and profitability goals
within your assigned territory.
Prospect and develop new business opportunities
with both large and small accounts.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
with customers and key accounts.
Use our CRM system
to track opportunities, manage pipelines, and record customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams
to ensure outstanding customer experiences and successful project execution.
Partner with vendors and suppliers
to enhance customer offerings and support.
Continuously develop your professional and technical skills
through training and self-learning.
What You Bring
Proven
prospecting and account management skills .
Independent, self-motivated work style
with minimal supervision required.
Strong
presentation, communication, and negotiation skills , in person and by phone.
Proficiency with
Microsoft Office
and comfort using CRM tools.
Adaptable and eager to learn , with a desire to grow professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
3–5+ years of industrial sales experience
or equivalent.
Experience in the
material handling industry
or related field.
Project management
experience or ability to manage multiple priorities.
Established
network and relationships
within the territory.
Familiarity with
structured sales processes
(e.g., Sandler) and CRM systems.
