Overview
Kitchen Tune-Up Franklin is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Specialist. We provide kitchen & bath remodeling services in Franklin, Nashville and surrounding communities. Our distinct offerings include cabinet restoration, painting, refacing, re‑dooring and new custom cabinets. This is a straight‑commission, in‑home sales position with company‑provided leads.

Reporting Relationship The Sales Specialist reports directly to the Franchisee Owner.
Job Duties
Obtain sales goals and meet sales objectives.
Represent the KTU brand positively and conduct activities professionally.
Diligently manage the lead flow process.
Utilize KTU data and CRM network for sales and marketing activities.
Conduct compelling in‑home presentations by effectively following the KTU proven sales process (training provided).
Maintain franchise marketing channels – social networking, referral, in‑person, community activities, home shows, print and direct mail.
Foster outside lead generation beyond the franchise activities.
Perform tasks including measuring and assessing cabinet conditions.
Regularly communicate with the franchise owner and follow instructions and suggestions given.
Maintain frequent communication with prospects and customers and provide prompt responses to any issues.
Stay informed of industry news, new product offers, competitive activities and other developments.
Attend regular training, business or community meetings or other events as required.
Skills & Requirements
A positive and optimistic attitude.
Organizational skills, maintenance of schedules and the ability to set priorities.
High attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communications.
Computer, tablet and smartphone proficiency.
Willingness to learn and be coached.
Ability to effectively communicate with job install personnel.
Ability to write a detailed proposal for work to be performed and materials required.
Social media savvy.
Dependability and an exceptional work ethic.
