Job Summary: Our Customer Service Representatives work closely with customers and our sales team, providing support with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibility Overview:
Provide service to customers in our office, over the telephone, and by email.
Help the customer by identifying their requirements and providing the services and products that best meet their needs.
Show expertise by communicating with the customer about our products, services, and capabilities.
Ensure that all their requirements are met for their unique projects.

Previous experience in business to business
Printing and signage experience
Understanding of direct mail and automated marketing
Experience with PrintSmith or PrintersPlan
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow‑up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
Perform effective online demos to prospects.
Skills
Track records and maintain database.
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
Experience working with website or similar CRM.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening and presentation skills.
Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Work schedule Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Experience Customer service: 1 year
