– Our Vendor Management System (SaaS platform) enables clients to manage their external suppliers with a 360° all‑in‑one solution—from sourcing and contracting to timesheets, invoicing, compliance, and performance tracking.

Ready to join the adventure? Job description Mission Description Ensure the satisfaction of your client portfolio by managing the entire process, from preparing quotes to obtaining purchase orders and through to invoicing, while fostering client loyalty through timely, high‑quality service.
Responsibilities
Manage the processes for disconnected clients, from creating Requests for Proposal (RFPs) on the platform—including preparing quotes and calls for tender—while adhering to the figures provided by the sales team, up to the collection of purchase orders, ensuring that the company’s sales strategy is respected.
Initiate new projects and project renewals by verifying and validating the correct configuration of the supplier and client profiles.
Validate and manage renewals of legal documents in time.
Retrieve Purchase Orders and process initialization of the business in time.
Oversee that all deliverables’ dates, from mission start to supplier payment, are hitting the targets agreed at the validation of the RFP.
Maintain a strong alignment with the Account Manager.
Consolidate collaborative processes, collaboration with the product team, as well as with automation and AI initiatives.
Ensure continuous improvement of our sales administration processes as we value your feedback to improve the way we deliver value to our clients.
Provide any other support that is needed to fulfill the business needs.
Ensure a perfect billing flow with strong collaboration with the finance team.
Ensure Suppliers and Clients validate timesheets and fix potential issues.
Ensure the close monitoring of renewing projects following the reception of the Purchase Order.
Profile Requirements
Enthusiastic with great interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
You like solving problems and are detail oriented.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
A minimum of 2 years in Customer Support or any related Service field (for or with a strong use of digital products).
A degree or more in Communication, Management, IT, Business or similar fields.
Able to tackle complexity and pay attention to details, accentuating an analytical mind.
Able to work under pressure with a constant focus.
You enjoy working in a team as well as independently.
