About the Role
Connecteam is seeking a tech‑savvy, service‑oriented BizOps / SalesOps Specialist to support our fast‑growing US GTM organization. You will partner closely with around 100 remote reps across Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success to keep our CRM (HubSpot) and operational systems running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary US BizOps contact for GTM teams, troubleshooting CRM issues such as data hygiene, broken workflows, and permissions requests.
Partner with the global BizOps team in Tel Aviv to scale and optimize CRM workflows.
Run routine system audits, ensure data hygiene, and keep all records accurate.
Document and update internal processes, guides, and playbooks.
Support onboarding of new GTM hires on tools, processes, and best practices.
Work with analysts and engineers on integrations, tooling updates, and system rollouts.
Provide field‑level feedback to help refine processes and improve rep productivity.
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of relevant experience in BizOps, SalesOps, RevOps, or similar roles, ideally in a SaaS or fast‑paced environment.
Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms; strong advantage for HubSpot.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and comfort supporting distributed teams across time zones.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple requests independently.
Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to create reports or dashboards.
Comfortable learning new tools, integrations, and systems quickly.
Nice to Have
Experience working with distributed US‑based GTM teams.
Background in B2B SaaS environments.
Familiarity with tools such as Chili Piper, Gong, Intercom, or similar.
Basic project management experience.
Experience using automation/AI tools (e.g., n8n, Cursor).
Strong documentation and training capabilities.
