Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and virtual meetings

Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively

Self‑motivated and reliable

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Comfortable reaching out to new prospective customers as part of ongoing account development

We Would Also Prefer

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience working with schools, nonprofits, or education‑focused clients

Familiarity with graduation‑related products (caps, gowns, diploma materials, etc.)

Experience in relationship‑based sales or client management environments

Work Location/Structure This will be a hybrid role based out of our Taymark facility in White Bear Lake, MN.

Why Join Taymark?
