HIV Sales Specialist

The HIV Sales Specialist is a key member of the Customer Team and plays a critical role in supporting Company Party’s business model. He/she is responsible for working with the Customer Team to understand and identify customer needs, supporting pull‑through activities relative to the customer strategy, keeping with Company Party’s values and standards as governed by Company Party’s policies, and providing information to support healthcare professionals using Company Party approved messaging and resources.
Responsibilities
Meet and/or exceed performance objectives in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customers.
Deliver specific presentations of Company Party’s product to appropriate health care professionals in both the clinic/office and hospital setting by utilizing approved messaging and resources from Company Party.
Effectively utilize and manage all Company Party approved resources to optimize customer engagement.
Qualifications
5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of success.
Proven experience selling in an institutional setting and the ability to navigate throughout complex accounts.
Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends.
Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
Desired Requirements
Master’s degree in business or life sciences.
3+ years specialty sales experience, preferably in infectious or rare disease, immunology, or oncology.
