Account Manager Trainee – Telecommunications (AT&T)
Location: Knoxville, TN
What You'll Do:
Engage with customers in high-traffic retail locations and promotional events to introduce them to AT&T’s premium telecommunications solutions.
Educate potential customers on the benefits of AT&T’s products and services, including mobile plans, internet, and home entertainment.
Assist customers in selecting the best plans and services based on their needs.
Generate leads and drive customer sign-ups.
Develop essential sales and communication skills while working toward sales goals.
Deliver an exceptional brand experience, ensuring customers feel confident in their decision to choose AT&T.
Work a consistent full-time schedule (40 hours per week) with no early morning or late-night shifts.
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commissions (Average earnings: $900 - $1,800 per week).
Guaranteed 40-hour workweek – no overnight shifts, no shifts before 8 AM, and no shifts after 9 PM.

Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations.
