$40,000 annual base + monthly incentive (applications and originations)

Summary Inside Sales Account Managers play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with manufactured home dealerships, manufactured home communities, and other strategic partners such as realtors. They are responsible for driving sales growth, fostering client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective communication, negotiation, and collaboration.

Duties and Responsibilities
Present training sessions via Teams with new Manufactured Housing partners on the autoMHatic Financial way. (Partner Deck)
Establish and maintain ongoing referral source relationships from partners.
Handle inbound phone calls from manufactured home partners to obtain information on partnering with autoMHatic Financial.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of constantly changing lending programs and underwriting guidelines, as well as loan products offered by the company.
Set appointments for Outside Sales Territory Managers when appropriate.
Identify and prospect potential clients, including manufactured home dealerships, communities, and realtors, through outbound calls, emails, and networking efforts.
Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of manufactured homes and related services to clients and partners.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies through training and professional development activities.
Represent the company to promote brand awareness and expand the network of potential clients and partners.
