Identify and research potential leads through LinkedIn email tech events and other channels. Conduct outbound calls LinkedIn messages and emails to potential clients to present our services and arrange meetings. Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and challenges ensuring alignment with our offerings. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop tailored engagement strategies for prospective clients. Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and lead status in the CRM system. Track and report performance metrics to measure the success of outreach strategies. 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation preferably in IT Services or Outsourcing. Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies with a focus on relationship building. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Results oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer engagement. What We Offer
