Position Overview

This position offers hourly pay plus commission based on individual sales performance. A detailed commission chart will be attached to the job description. All employees are expected to follow the standards and policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, nail art, and repairs
• Deliver personalized consultations and recommend suitable retail products and services
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized workstation in full compliance with salon hygiene standards
• Stay informed about the latest nail trends, techniques, and products
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service and care

Qualifications

• Valid Illinois Nail Technician License
• Proven experience in gel, acrylic, and nail art applications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation protocols
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Commission: Based on individual sales productivity (see attached chart)
