Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves and storage locations.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely for shipment.
- Stage picked orders for quality control and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and procedures.
- Utilize all required PPE correctly and consistently.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors immediately.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Proficiency with RF scanning equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and efficiency.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving frequent walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
